Every guide is 3D printed to order and shipped straight from our print partner, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If your guide arrives damaged, misprinted or missing a part, email hello@rakeandfleam.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement part or a new guide at no cost.
